The Dewey High School Band had a great first public performance of the 2016 season last Friday at Adair! Our 60s Hits show is in progress, and we look forward to showing everyone more of the program in the next several football games. We have a busy schedule coming up for the Dewey band program, and we need everyone to keep the following dates and events in mind as we end August and get into September in the coming weeks.
Tumbler Fundraiser Orders & Money DUE
Tuesday, August 30, by end of the school day. Please have these materials turned in on time; late orders will begin to incur extra charges.

Thursday, September 1, at 7:00 PM - call time 6:30 at the Band Building

Friday, September 2, at 7:00 PM - call time at 6:00 at the Band Building
Labor Day - NO SCHOOL

Beginning Band Instrument Rental Meeting
Tuesday, September 6 from 4:30-7:00 in the Band Building. All new band parents are invited to come and meet with representatives from Palen Music Center to begin a rent-to-own program for a band instrument.
